# Ronny Marcos

**Ronny Marcos** (born 1 October 1993) is a professional [footballer](/source/Association_football) who plays as a [left back](/source/Left_back) for [Kickers Offenbach](/source/Kickers_Offenbach). Born in Germany, he represents the [Mozambique national team](/source/Mozambique_national_football_team) at international level.[2]

## Club career

Marcos began his senior career with [Hansa Rostock](/source/FC_Hansa_Rostock) and made his debut for the club in August 2012, as a substitute for [Alexandre Mendy](/source/Alexandre_Mendy_(footballer,_born_1983)) in a 4–1 win over [SV Babelsberg 03](/source/SV_Babelsberg_03) in the [3. Liga](/source/3._Liga). In January 2014 he signed for [Hamburger SV II](/source/Hamburger_SV_II).

He made his [Bundesliga](/source/Bundesliga) debut with [the club's first team](/source/Hamburger_SV) on 29 November 2014 in a match against [FC Augsburg](/source/FC_Augsburg).

He moved to [Greuther Fürth](/source/SpVgg_Greuther_F%C3%BCrth) on 9 January 2016.[3]

Marcos joined [Kickers Offenbach](/source/Kickers_Offenbach) in July 2019.[4]

## International career

Marcos was born in Germany to parents of Mozambican descent. He made his debut for [Mozambique](/source/Mozambique_national_football_team) in an [Africa Cup of Nations qualifier](/source/2017_Africa_Cup_of_Nations_qualification) against [Rwanda](/source/Rwanda_national_football_team) on 14 June 2015 in [Maputo](/source/Maputo).[5]
