**Ron White** (June 9, 1953 – April 4, 2018[1]) was a Canadian film and television actor. During his career, he was nominated for two [Genie Awards](/source/Genie_Awards) and six [Gemini Awards](/source/Gemini_Awards).

## Career

Born in [Dawson Creek](/source/Dawson_Creek), [British Columbia](/source/British_Columbia), Canada, White had an extensive career. Some of his most notable television roles included Conrad Peters in *[Tom Stone](/source/Tom_Stone_(TV_series))*[2] Donny Caswell in *[Black Harbour](/source/Black_Harbour)*,[2] and the voice of Ace Hart on *[Dog City](/source/Dog_City)*.[3] He had performed in television movies such as *Another Country*,[2] *[Trudeau](/source/Trudeau_(film))*[2] and *[The Arrow](/source/The_Arrow_(miniseries))*.[2]
