Behm was a member of the Luxembourgish [Olympic](/source/Olympic_Games) boxing team at the [1948 Summer Olympics](/source/1948_Summer_Olympics) in [London](/source/London). He was eliminated in the first round of the [bantamweight competition](/source/Boxing_at_the_1948_Summer_Olympics_-_Men's_bantamweight) on points by the Irishman Willie Lenihan.
