Mutuma started his career with [Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League](/source/Zimbabwe_Premier_Soccer_League) side [Dynamos](/source/Dynamos_F.C.) in 2011. He stayed with Dynamos until 2013, when he joined [South African Premier Soccer League](/source/Premier_Soccer_League) club [Bloemfontein Celtic](/source/Bloemfontein_Celtic_F.C.).
