**H. Rodney Sharp III** has been a director of [DuPont](/source/DuPont) since 1981. Sharp is president of the Board of Trustees of [Longwood Foundation](/source/Longwood_Foundation), Inc.,[1] and a director of [Wilmington Trust](/source/Wilmington_Trust). He is a trustee and director of [Christiana Care Corporation](/source/Christiana_Care_Corporation). Sharp also serves as secretary of the board of [Planned Parenthood of Delaware](/source/Planned_Parenthood_of_Delaware).
