He later played with [Distillery F.C.](/source/Lisburn_Distillery_F.C.), [Drumcondra](/source/Drumcondra_F.C.) and [Transport](/source/Transport_F.C.), as well as for Drums in the [FAI Cup](/source/FAI_Cup) win against [Shamrock Rovers](/source/Shamrock_Rovers_F.C.) in 1946. He played 281 times for Fulham from 1949 until 1962.
