**Robbie Brink** (born 21 July 1971) is a South African [rugby union](/source/Rugby_union) player who played for the [South Africa national rugby union team](/source/South_Africa_national_rugby_union_team). He played as a flanker.

## Career

Brink played for the [Northern Transvaal](/source/Bulls_(rugby_union)) schools team at the 1989 [Craven Week](/source/Craven_Week) tournament and after school continued his studies at the [University of Cape Town](/source/University_of_Cape_Town). He made his provincial debut for [Western Province](/source/Stormers) in 1992.[1]

He was part of the South African squad that won the [1995 Rugby World Cup](/source/1995_Rugby_World_Cup) where he played in two matches, the only two caps that he won.[2][3]

He signed for [Ulster](/source/Ulster_Rugby) ahead of the [2001–02 season](/source/2001%E2%80%9302_Ulster_Rugby_season),[4] before being forced to retire due to a shoulder injury.[5]
