Robbie Lyn is a popular Jamaican session musician, who has played with various session/backing bands including [Now Generation](/source/Now_Generation_Band), [Sound Dimension](/source/The_Sound_Dimensions), [Word, Sound and Power](/source/Word%2C_Sound_and_Power), and [Sly and Robbie](/source/Sly_and_Robbie). He has also backed and/or toured with many reggae artists, including [Burning Spear](/source/Burning_Spear), [Peter Tosh](/source/Peter_Tosh), [Dennis Brown](/source/Dennis_Brown) and [Third World](/source/Third_World_(band)).[1]
