**Robert Joseph Raco** (born November 26, 1989) is a Canadian actor and musician. He is known for his role as Joaquin DeSantos in [The CW](/source/The_CW) teen drama series *[Riverdale](/source/Riverdale_(2017_TV_series))* (2017–2018).[1] Raco also appeared in The CW fantasy drama series *[Supernatural](/source/Supernatural_(American_TV_series))* (2017), the [Fox](/source/Fox_Broadcasting_Company) action comedy series *[Lethal Weapon](/source/Lethal_Weapon_(TV_series))* (2019), and the [Netflix](/source/Netflix) sketch comedy series *[I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson](/source/I_Think_You_Should_Leave_with_Tim_Robinson)* (2019).[2]

## Personal life

Raco was born on November 26, 1989, in [Windsor](/source/Windsor,_Ontario), [Ontario](/source/Ontario), Canada.[citation needed]

He the co-owner of Essex County Drums, a custom drum manufacturer based in the Windsor, Ontario area, that he and his father started in 2005.
