The '''River Hebert''' is a small [tidal river](/source/tidal_river) that empties into the [Cumberland Basin](/source/Cumberland_Basin_(Canada)), and is contained completely within [Cumberland County](/source/Cumberland_County%2C_Nova_Scotia), [Nova Scotia](/source/Nova_Scotia).
