# Rimondeix

**Rimondeix** ([Auvergnat](/source/Auvergnat_dialect): *Rimondés*) is a former [commune](/source/Communes_of_France) in the [Creuse](/source/Creuse) [department](/source/Departments_of_France) in the [Limousin](/source/Limousin_(region)) [region](/source/Regions_of_France) in central [France](/source/France). On 1 January 2016, it was merged into the new commune [Parsac-Rimondeix](/source/Parsac-Rimondeix).[2]

## Geography

A small [farming](/source/Farming) area, comprising the village and two hamlets situated some 11 miles (18 km) northeast of [Guéret](/source/Gu%C3%A9ret), at the junction of the D9 and the D66 roads.
