From 2018 until 2025, he served as [Archdeacon of Leicester](/source/Archdeacon_of_Leicester)[1] in the [Church of England](/source/Church_of_England)'s [Diocese of Leicester](/source/Diocese_of_Leicester).[2] Worsfold was educated at the [University of Exeter](/source/University_of_Exeter) and [Cranmer Hall, Durham](/source/Cranmer_Hall%2C_Durham).[3] He was [ordained](/source/Ordained) in the [Church of England](/source/Church_of_England) as a [deacon](/source/Deacon#Anglicanism) in 1995 and as a [priest](/source/Priest#Anglican_or_Episcopalian) in 1996. He served his [title](/source/Title_(Christianity)) at [Countesthorpe](/source/Countesthorpe) between 1995 and 1999. He then served [incumbencies](/source/Incumbent_(ecclesiastical)) at [Bradgate Team Parish](https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Bradgate_Team_Parish&action=edit&redlink=1) and [Westcotes](/source/Westcotes).
