# Richard Kho

**Ricardo "Richard" Tingcungco Kho** (born December 31, 1996)[1] is a Filipino lawyer and politician who has served as [Governor of Masbate](/source/Governor_of_Masbate) since 2025.[2] He was previously a member of the [House of Representatives of the Philippines](/source/House_of_Representatives_of_the_Philippines), represented the [1st District](/source/Masbate's_1st_congressional_district) of [Masbate](/source/Masbate) from 2022 to 2025.[3]
