It is located at 10060 [Jasper Avenue](/source/Jasper_Avenue) in [Downtown Edmonton](/source/Downtown_Edmonton). It is home to several long-term tenants such as [Grant Thornton](/source/Grant_Thornton), [APEGA](/source/APEGA), [Ernst & Young](/source/Ernst_%26_Young), Chadi & Company, Imperial Equities, Duncan Craig LLP and [Edmonton Transit](/source/Edmonton_Transit_Service).
