# Remigration Summit

**Remigration Summit** is an annual far-right political conference dedicated to [remigration](/source/Remigration), the deportation of immigrants from Europe.[1] The first conference was held in Milan in May 2025.[2][3]

## History

### 2025

Remigration Summit 2025 was hosted in Milan, Italy in May 2025 by members of the [Identitarian Movement](/source/Identitarian_movement).[4][5] The summit was attended by approximately 400.[5][6]

Speakers included Lega MEP [Roberto Vannacci](/source/Roberto_Vannacci).[7]

### 2026

Remigration Summer 2026 was held on May 30, 2026 in [Figueira da Foz](/source/Figueira_da_Foz), Portugal, and was organized by Austrian far-right activist [Martin Sellner](/source/Martin_Sellner).[8] The event was attended by approximately 500, including members of far-right European political parties and activists from Canada, the United States, and Europe.[9]

[Gregory Bovino](/source/Gregory_Bovino), an American former chief of the US Border Patrol American white nationalist [Jared Taylor](/source/Jared_Taylor) attended as "VIP Guests", according to [Politico Europe](/source/Politico_Europe).[9][10] In an interview ahead of the summit, Bovino referenced [Erwin Rommel](/source/Erwin_Rommel), Nazi Germany's lead general, as an inspirational figure.[9] In a speech at the summit, Bovino criticized members of the Trump Administration for "watering down" its immigration strategy, including Homeland Security Secretary [Markwayne Mullin](/source/Markwayne_Mullin) and senior Trump aide [Susie Wiles](/source/Susie_Wiles).[10][11]

German federal police barred far-right activist Maximilian Märkl from attending the summit.[12]

Other speakers included Daniel Tyrie, a [Canadian](/source/Canadian) political activist who is the founder and current chairman of the [Dominion Society of Canada](/source/Dominion_Society_of_Canada).[13]
