# Redondesco

**Redondesco** ([Upper Mantovano](/source/Emilian_language#Dialects): *Redundèsch*) is a *[comune](/source/Comune)* (municipality) in the [Province of Mantua](/source/Province_of_Mantua) in the Italian region [Lombardy](/source/Lombardy), located about 110 kilometres (68 mi) southeast of [Milan](/source/Milan) and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) west of [Mantua](/source/Mantua). As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,378 and an area of 19.1 square kilometres (7.4 sq mi).[1]

The municipality of Redondesco contains the *[frazione](/source/Frazione)* (subdivision) [Bologne](/source/Bologne,_Lombardy).
