'''Raymond Theodore Miner''' (April 4, 1897 – September 15, 1963) was an American [Major League Baseball](/source/Major_League_Baseball) [pitcher](/source/pitcher). He played for the [Philadelphia Athletics](/source/Philadelphia_Athletics) during the {{Baseball year|1921}} season.

In 1922, Miner was pitching in the [Blue Grass League](/source/Blue_Grass_League) when a foul ball was caught by a spectator who threw it accurately back to him from her seat.
