**Randolph**, formerly called **Roanoke** and **Talcott**, is a small [unincorporated community](/source/Unincorporated_area) in [Charlotte County](/source/Charlotte_County,_Virginia), [Virginia](/source/Virginia), United States, near the [Staunton River](/source/Staunton_River). Its elevation is 354 feet (108 m). The community is the home of [Staunton River Battlefield State Park](/source/Staunton_River_Battlefield_State_Park).

[Mulberry Hill](/source/Mulberry_Hill_(Randolph,_Virginia)) and the [Wade Archeological Site](/source/Wade_Archeological_Site) are listed on the [National Register of Historic Places](/source/National_Register_of_Historic_Places).[1]

The climate in this area is characterized by hot, humid summers and generally mild to cool winters.
