'''Randall Warren Stone''' (born February 21, 1966) is an American political scientist and a professor at the [University of Rochester](/source/University_of_Rochester), notable for his studies on international political economy, international relations, and Russian and European politics.

Stone has conducted research on global economy, the [International Monetary Fund](/source/International_Monetary_Fund), the [World Bank](/source/World_Bank), and institutional design, and in 2012, was awarded the [International Studies Association](/source/International_Studies_Association)’s [Chadwick F.
