**Ralph Perne** ([fl.](/source/Floruit) 1555) was an English politician.

He was a [Member](/source/Member_of_Parliament) (MP) of the [Parliament of England](/source/Parliament_of_England) for [Dorchester](/source/Dorchester_(UK_Parliament_constituency)) in 1555. There is no further record of a Ralph Perne, but he may be the glover, Ralph Peryn, who was a bailiff and constable in [Dorchester](/source/Dorchester%2C_Dorset).[1]
