**Ralf Kleinmann** (born March 13, 1971, in [Cologne, Germany](/source/Cologne,_Germany)) is an [American football](/source/American_football) player from [Germany](/source/Germany) who played as a placekicker for [NFL Europe](/source/NFL_Europe) team [Frankfurt Galaxy](/source/Frankfurt_Galaxy_(NFL_Europe)) from 1995 to 2000 and from 2003 to 2004.[1][2] He also played briefly for the [Tampa Bay Buccaneers](/source/Tampa_Bay_Buccaneers) in the 2003 preseason before being released in late August 2003.[2][3][4]
