'''Radelange''' ({{IPA|fr|ʁadlɑ̃ʒ}}; {{langx|de|Radelingen/Redel}}; {{langx|lb|Réidel}}) is a village of [Wallonia](/source/Wallonia) in the municipality of [Martelange](/source/Martelange), located in the [province of Luxembourg](/source/Luxembourg_(Belgium)), [Belgium](/source/Belgium).

The village history goes back to at least 1636, when it was completely destroyed during the [Thirty Years' War](/source/Thirty_Years'_War) by [Croatian mercenaries](/source/Croats_(military_unit)). Until the late 19th century, the village was considered poor and the inhabitants lived off agriculture and the keeping of [livestock](/source/livestock). In the 1870s, the opening of nearby quarries created more jobs. The village lies at a bend in the river [Sûre](/source/Sauer). The village church dates from 1860 to 1862. There are two war memorials in the village, one commemorating the Belgian ''[Chasseurs Ardennais](/source/Chasseurs_Ardennais)'', and another in memory of the first French soldiers to die on Belgian soil here during [World War I](/source/World_War_I), on 7 August 1914.<ref name=grguide>{{cite book |editor-last= Menne|editor-first= Gilbert|date= 2014|title= Le grand guide de Wallonie et de Bruxelles|location= Brussels|publisher= Racine|pages= 699–700|isbn=978-94-014-1418-0}}</ref>
