# Quebrangulo

**Quebrangulo** ([Brazilian Portuguese](/source/Brazilian_Portuguese): /kebɾɐ̃ˈgulu/) is a [municipality](/source/Municipalities_of_Brazil) located in the [Brazilian state](/source/States_of_Brazil) of [Alagoas](/source/Alagoas). Its population was 11,248 (2020)[1] and its area is 300 km2.[2]

The municipality contains part of the 4,382 hectares (10,830 acres) [Pedra Talhada Biological Reserve](/source/Pedra_Talhada_Biological_Reserve), a fully protected conservation unit created in 1989.[3]
