**Route 397** is a two-lane north/south highway located in the [Abitibi-Témiscamingue](/source/Abitibi-T%C3%A9miscamingue) region in [Quebec](/source/Quebec), [Canada](/source/Canada). It starts at the junction of [Route 117](/source/Quebec_Route_117) in Val-d'Or and ends at the junction of [Route 113](/source/Quebec_Route_113) in Lac-Despinassy. It is also concurrent with [Route 386](/source/Quebec_Route_386) in Barraute.
