**Route 276** is a 42 km two-lane east/west highway on the south shore of the [Saint Lawrence River](/source/Saint_Lawrence_River) in the [Chaudière-Appalaches](/source/Chaudi%C3%A8re-Appalaches) region of [Quebec](/source/Quebec), [Canada](/source/Canada). Its eastern terminus is close to [Lac-Etchemin](/source/Lac-Etchemin,_Quebec) at the junction of [Route 277](/source/Quebec_Route_277), and the western terminus is at the junction of [Route 112](/source/Quebec_Route_112) in [Saint-Frédéric](/source/Saint-Fr%C3%A9d%C3%A9ric,_Quebec).
