# Qillwiri

**Qillwiri** ([Aymara](/source/Aymara_language) *qillwa, qiwña, qiwlla* [Andean gull](/source/Larus_serranus),[1][2] *-(i)ri* a [suffix](/source/Suffix), also spelled *Khellhuiri*) is a mountain in the [Andes](/source/Andes) on the border of [Bolivia](/source/Bolivia) and [Chile](/source/Chile). On the Chilean side it is located in the [Arica y Parinacota Region](/source/Arica_y_Parinacota_Region). It is situated in the [Cordillera Occidental](/source/Cordillera_Occidental_(Bolivia)) between the mountains [Pukintika](/source/Pukintika) in the north-west and Lliscaya in the south-east, east of the [Suriri](/source/Salar_de_Surire_Natural_Monument) salt flat. On the Bolivian side the mountain lies in the [Oruro Department](/source/Oruro_Department), [Sabaya Province](/source/Sabaya_Province), Sabaya Municipality.[3][4]
