**Qiana Joseph** (born 1 January 2001) is a Saint Lucian [cricketer](/source/Cricket) who plays for [Windward Islands](/source/Windward_Islands_women's_cricket_team) and [Barbados Royals](/source/Barbados_Royals_(WCPL)) as a [left arm orthodox](/source/Spin_bowling) [bowler](/source/Bowling_(cricket)).[1][2] In May 2017, she was named in the [West Indies squad](/source/2017_Women's_Cricket_World_Cup_squads#West_Indies) for the [2017 Women's Cricket World Cup](/source/2017_Women's_Cricket_World_Cup).[3][4] She made her [Women's One Day International](/source/Women's_One_Day_International) (WODI) debut for the West Indies against South Africa in the 2017 Women's Cricket World Cup on 2 July 2017.[5] In November 2018, she was named in the West Indies' squad replacing the injured [Sheneta Grimmond](/source/Sheneta_Grimmond) for the [2018 ICC Women's World Twenty20](/source/2018_ICC_Women's_World_Twenty20) tournament in the West Indies.[6]

In May 2021, Joseph was awarded with a central contract from [Cricket West Indies](/source/Cricket_West_Indies).[7] In June 2021, Joseph was named in the West Indies A Team for their series [against Pakistan](/source/Pakistan_women's_cricket_team_in_the_West_Indies_in_2021).[8][9] In August 2021, Joseph was named in the West Indies' [Women's Twenty20 International](/source/Women's_Twenty20_International) (WT20I) squad for their series [against South Africa](/source/South_Africa_women's_cricket_team_in_the_West_Indies_in_2021).[10] Joseph made her WT20I debut on 31 August 2021, for the West Indies against [South Africa](/source/South_Africa_women's_national_cricket_team).[11]

In October 2021, she was named in the West Indies team for the [2021 Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier](/source/2021_Women's_Cricket_World_Cup_Qualifier) tournament in Zimbabwe.[12]

She was named in the West Indies squad for the [2024 ICC Women's T20 World Cup](/source/2024_ICC_Women's_T20_World_Cup).[13] She made her first WT20I half-century in the final group match against [England](/source/England_women's_cricket_team), scoring 52 as West Indies clinched a semi-final place with a six-wicket win.[14][15]

Joseph was part of the West Indies squad for the [2025 Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier](/source/2025_Women's_Cricket_World_Cup_Qualifier) in Pakistan in April 2025.[16]
