**Qarah Parcheq** ([Persian](/source/Persian_language): قره پارچق)[a] is a village in [Hesarcheh Rural District](/source/Hesarcheh_Rural_District)[3] of [Jargalan District](/source/Jargalan_District) in [Raz and Jargalan County](/source/Raz_and_Jargalan_County), [North Khorasan](/source/North_Khorasan_province) province, [Iran](/source/Iran).

## Demographics

### Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 460 in 107 households, when it was in [Jargalan Rural District](/source/Jargalan_Rural_District) of the former [Raz and Jargalan District](/source/Raz_and_Jargalan_District) in [Bojnord County](/source/Bojnord_County).[4] The following census in 2011 counted 476 people in 119 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 547 people in 143 households,[1] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of [Raz and Jargalan County](/source/Raz_and_Jargalan_County). The rural district was transferred to the new [Jargalan District](/source/Jargalan_District), and the village was transferred to [Hesarcheh Rural District](/source/Hesarcheh_Rural_District) created in the same district.[3]
