***Project English*** is the fifth solo studio album by American rapper [Juvenile](/source/Juvenile_(rapper)). It was released on August 21, 2001, via [Cash Money](/source/Cash_Money_Records) and [Universal Records](/source/Universal_Records_(1995%E2%88%922006)). Recording sessions took place at Cash Money Studios in [Metairie](/source/Metairie,_Louisiana) and at Circle House Studios in [Miami](/source/Miami). Produced entirely by [Mannie Fresh](/source/Mannie_Fresh), it features [guest appearances](/source/Guest_appearance) from the [Big Tymers](/source/Big_Tymers), the [Hot Boys](/source/Hot_Boys) and [TQ](/source/TQ_(singer)). The album peaked at number two on both the [*Billboard* 200](/source/Billboard_200) and [Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums](/source/Top_R%26B/Hip-Hop_Albums) charts in the United States. On October 24, 2001, it was certified gold by the [Recording Industry Association of America](/source/Recording_Industry_Association_of_America) for shipping 500,000 copies.

The album was supported by two singles: "[Set It Off](/source/Set_It_Off_(Juvenile_song))" and "[Mamma Got Ass](/source/Mamma_Got_Ass)", both of which coincidentally peaked at number 65 on the [*Billboard* Hot 100](/source/Billboard_Hot_100).
