**Prairieview** is an extinct town in [Warren County](/source/Warren_County,_Missouri), in the [U.S. state](/source/U.S._state) of [Missouri](/source/Missouri).[1]

A post office called Prairieview was established in 1900, and remained in operation until 1903.[2] The community's name most likely was illustrative of its setting.[3]
