**PowerColor** is a [Taiwanese](/source/Taiwan) [graphics card](/source/Graphics_card) brand established in 1997 by TUL Corporation (撼訊科技),[1] based in [New Taipei](/source/New_Taipei), [Taiwan](/source/Taiwan). PowerColor maintains office locations in a number of countries, including Taiwan, the [Netherlands](/source/Netherlands) and the [United States](/source/United_States). The United States branch is located in [City of Industry, California](/source/City_of_Industry%2C_California) and serves the [North](/source/North_America) and [Latin American](/source/Latin_America) markets. TUL also has another brand, VTX3D, which serves the European market and some Asian markets.

PowerColor Radeon X850XT Platinum Edition

PowerColor Radeon RX 9060 XT

PowerColor is a licensed producer of [AMD Radeon](/source/AMD_Radeon) [video cards](/source/Video_cards).[2][3] The majority of PowerColor cards are manufactured by [Foxconn](/source/Foxconn).[4]

PowerColor's AMD video cards range from affordable cards appropriate for [low-end](/source/Low-end_market) [workstations](/source/Workstation), to cards for [high-end](/source/Luxury_good) [gaming machines](/source/Gaming_computer),[5] thus catering to a wide range of the market.[6][7] PowerColor's manufacturing arrangement with FoxConn has given it the ability to change the specifications of cards, allowing them to announce products with higher specifications—[overclocked](/source/Overclocking) by default—than AMD or its main competitor, [Sapphire Technology](/source/Sapphire_Technology).[4]

PowerColor products have been widely reviewed and have gained a number of awards at [computer hardware](/source/Computer_hardware) review sites.[8]

## Support

PowerColor provides a two-year warranty on its products.[9] To [return](/source/Return_merchandise_authorization) a video card, the end-user must sign in and register their card. The return process is available only to end users in North America,[10] with the customer liable for shipping.
