# Ponyshow

**Ponyshow** (stylized as **PONYSHOW**) is an American [rock](/source/Rock_music) band formed in [Detroit](/source/Detroit), [Michigan](/source/Michigan) in 2014 by [Jason Stollsteimer](/source/Jason_Stollsteimer) (lead vocals, guitar), Leann Banks (lead vocals, bass), and Don Blum (drums).[1]

The band consists of members of [The Von Bondies](/source/The_Von_Bondies), who went on hiatus in 2011.[2] Ponyshow released the songs "Folks" and "Yeah, My Ears" in October 2014. The band released a [music video](/source/Music_video) for "Folks" in November 2014.[3] Ponyshow went on tour in 2015, including shows with [Sebadoh](/source/Sebadoh) and at Fuzz Fest in [Ann Arbor, Michigan](/source/Ann_Arbor,_Michigan).[2][4] The band released the song "Zzebras" in January 2017.[5]
