A '''Pontifical Delegate''' is a cleric who is delegated by the [Pope](/source/Pope).

Specifically, this title is used for the following ecclesiastical offices in the gift of the Pope (who is [Pontifex Maximus](/source/Pontifex_Maximus), hence the adjective):
