The '''Polog Statistical Region''' ({{langx|mk|Полошки Регион|Pološki Region}}; {{langx|sq|Rajoni i Pollogut}}) is one of eight [statistical regions of the Republic of North Macedonia](/source/statistical_regions_of_the_Republic_of_Macedonia). Polog, located in the northwestern part of the country, borders [Albania](/source/Albania) and [Kosovo](/source/Kosovo). Internally, it borders the [Southwestern](/source/Southwestern_Statistical_Region) and [Skopje](/source/Skopje_Statistical_Region) statistical regions.
