***Plunder*** is a 1923 American [drama](/source/Drama_film) [film serial](/source/Film_serial) directed by [George B. Seitz](/source/George_B._Seitz). During the production of this serial, on August 10, 1922, John Stevenson, a stuntman for [Pearl White](/source/Pearl_White), was killed doing a stunt from a moving bus to an elevated platform.[1] The film survives in the [UCLA Film and Television Archive](/source/UCLA_Film_and_Television_Archive)[2] and a trailer is preserved at the [Library of Congress](/source/Library_of_Congress).[3]
