**Plumieux** (French pronunciation: [\[plymjø\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA/French); [Breton](/source/Breton_language): *Pluvaeg*; [Gallo](/source/Gallo_language): *Ploemioec*) is a [commune](/source/Communes_of_France) in the [Côtes-d'Armor](/source/C%C3%B4tes-d'Armor) [department](/source/Departments_of_France) of [Brittany](/source/Brittany_(administrative_region)) in northwestern [France](/source/France). On 1 January 2025, the former commune of [Le Cambout](/source/Le_Cambout) and [Coëtlogon](/source/Co%C3%ABtlogon%2C_C%C3%B4tes-d'Armor) were merged into Plumieux.[3]

Inhabitants of Plumieux are called *plumetais* and *plumetaise* in French.

## Politics and administration

As of 2020 municipal election, the *Conseil Municipal de Plumieux* is composed of 15 elected members, including the mayor. The communes representation on the *conseil communautaire* of [Loudéac Communauté - Bretagne Centre](https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Loud%C3%A9ac_Communaut%C3%A9-Bretagne_Centre&action=edit&redlink=1) also consists of one elected member.
