'''Piscola''' or '''Combinado Nacional''' (national mix) is a [highball](/source/highball) [cocktail](/source/cocktail), made of [pisco](/source/pisco) and most commonly a [cola](/source/cola) drink, that is popular in [Chile](/source/Chile).<ref>{{cite web|title=Pisco|url=https://www.southamerica.cl/Chile/Drinks/Pisco.htm|website=SouthAmerica.cl|accessdate=15 December 2016}}</ref> A piscola may be ''black'' or ''white'' depending if it is mixed with a cola or [ginger ale](/source/ginger_ale), [tonic](/source/Tonic_water), [Sprite](/source/Sprite_(soft_drink)) or a similar soft drink. The drink is prepared by filling a [highball glass](/source/highball_glass) with ice and then adding pisco followed by the [soft drink](/source/soft_drink) in a proportion ranging from 1:1 to 1:3. Sometimes slices of [lemon](/source/lemon) or [key lime](/source/key_lime) may be added. In Chile, February 8 has been celebrated as the "day of the piscola" since 2003.<ref>{{cite web|title=Pisco Seco y Logrado|url=http://www.caretas.com.pe/2003/1759/articulos/pisco.phtml|website=Caretas|accessdate=15 December 2016|ref=1}}</ref>
