# Pinhal Interior Sul

**Pinhal Interior Sul** (piˈɲal ĩtɨɾiˈoɾ ˈsul) is a former subregion in the [Centro region](/source/Centro_region) of [Portugal](/source/Portugal). It was abolished at the January 2015 NUTS 3 revision.[1] Its main town was [Sertã](/source/Sert%C3%A3).
