Canadian film and television director

**Pierre Gang** is a [Canadian](/source/Canadians) film and television director, best known for his 1996 feature film *[Not Me!](/source/Not_Me!) (Sous-sol)*[1] and the television miniseries *[More Tales of the City](/source/More_Tales_of_the_City_(miniseries))*[2] and *[Further Tales of the City](/source/Further_Tales_of_the_City_(miniseries))*.[3]

His other credits have included a 1999 telefilm adaptation of *[The Legend of Sleepy Hollow](/source/The_Legend_of_Sleepy_Hollow)*, the miniseries *Samuel et la mer*[4] and *[En thérapie](/source/En_th%C3%A9rapie_(Quebec))*,[5] the television film *[Selling Innocence](/source/Selling_Innocence)* and the feature film *[Black Eyed Dog](/source/Black_Eyed_Dog_(film))*.[6]

He won a [Genie Award](/source/Genie_Award) for [Best Original Screenplay](/source/Academy_of_Canadian_Cinema_and_Television_Award_for_Best_Screenplay) at the [17th Genie Awards](/source/17th_Genie_Awards) in 1996 for *Sous-sol*.[7]

Since 2008, he has been programming director for [TV5 Québec Canada](/source/TV5_Qu%C3%A9bec_Canada).[8]
