**Pierre Louis Eugène Adam** (24 April 1924 – 24 September 2012)[1] was a French [cyclist](/source/Cycle_sport). He was born in Paris. He won a gold medal in the [team pursuit](/source/Cycling_at_the_1948_Summer_Olympics_%E2%80%93_Men's_team_pursuit) at the [1948 Summer Olympics](/source/Cycling_at_the_1948_Summer_Olympics) in London, together with [Fernand Decanali](/source/Fernand_Decanali), [Charles Coste](/source/Charles_Coste) and [Serge Blusson](/source/Serge_Blusson).[2]
