# Philip Crolly

Roman Catholic priest

**Philip Crolly** was appointed [Vicar Apostolic](/source/Vicar_Apostolic)[1] to administer the [See](/source/Episcopal_see) of [Clogher](/source/Bishop_of_Clogher), [Northern Ireland](/source/Northern_Ireland)[2] by [Pope Innocent X](/source/Pope_Innocent_X) on 15 November 1651 and re-appointed on 17 April 1657 by [Pope Alexander VII](/source/Pope_Alexander_VII).[3]
