# Peter Dani

**Peter Dani** was a U.S. [soccer](/source/Soccer) player who earned two [caps](/source/Cap_(sports)) with the [U.S. national team](/source/United_States_men's_national_soccer_team) in 1976. Both games were scoreless ties with [Haiti](/source/Haiti_national_football_team) in November. The first came on the eleventh, and the second three days later.[1]

Dani signed with German side [Fortuna Düsseldorf](/source/Fortuna_D%C3%BCsseldorf).[2]

Peter Dani died on 1 June 2002 from an accident in Duesseldorf, Germany.
