# Pernat

**Pernat** (pěrnat, [Italian](/source/Italian_language): *Pernata*, *Pernatto*) is a [village](/source/Village) on the [Croatian](/source/Croatia) island of [Cres](/source/Cres), in [Primorje-Gorski Kotar](/source/Primorje-Gorski_Kotar). Administratively, it is part of the town of [Cres](/source/Cres_(town)). As of 2021, it had a population of 2.[1] A church devoted to [Our Lady of Lourdes](/source/Our_Lady_of_Lourdes)[a] is situated in the village, and another devoted to [Saint George](/source/Saint_George)[b] to the southeast.
