==Career==
Bronken made his literary debut in 1955 with the poetry collection ''Kom drikk også mitt blod''. He made his stage debut at [Riksteatret](/source/Riksteatret) in 1957. Bronken was born in [Tromsø](/source/Troms%C3%B8), a son of merchant Alfred Sivertsen and nurse Ingeborg Bronken. He was married to actress [Monna Tandberg](/source/Monna_Tandberg) from 1962 to 1971, and to actress {{ill|Marie Louise Tank|no}} from 1974.<ref name =nbl/>
