The '''Pelya''' ({{langx|ru|Пеля}}) is a river in [Perm Krai](/source/Perm_Krai), [Russia](/source/Russia), a [left](/source/%3Awikt%3Aleft_bank) tributary of the [Uls](/source/Uls), which in turn is a tributary of the [Vishera](/source/Vishera_(Perm_Krai)). The river is {{convert|24|km|mi}} long.<ref name='МПР России'>{{cite web|url=http://textual.ru/gvr/index.php?card=180313|title=Государственный водный реестр РФ: Пеля}}</ref> It flows into the Uls {{convert|16|km|mi|0}} from the larger river's mouth. The main tributary is the Rassokha (right).
