He worked as Chief Financial Officer of the [Organization of American States](/source/Organization_of_American_States) in [Guatemala](/source/Guatemala) and advisor to the offices of the Organization of American States of [Ecuador](/source/Ecuador) and [Honduras](/source/Honduras). Brolo was appointed as Delegate for the Truth Commission in [Honduras](/source/Honduras), and has worked in the [Congress of the Republic](/source/Congress_of_the_Republic_of_Guatemala) as a political analyst.
