**Panna Assembly constituency** is one of the 230 [Vidhan Sabha](/source/Madhya_Pradesh_Vidhan_Sabha) (Legislative Assembly) constituencies of [Madhya Pradesh](/source/Madhya_Pradesh) state in central [India](/source/India).[1] This constituency came into existence in 1951 as one of the 48 Vidhan Sabha constituencies of the erstwhile [Vindhya Pradesh](/source/Vindhya_Pradesh) state.[2]

## Overview

Panna (constituency number 60) is one of the 3 Vidhan Sabha constituencies located in [Panna district](/source/Panna_district). This constituency covers the entire Ajaigarh [tehsil](/source/Tehsil), Panna municipality and part of Panna tehsil of the district.[3]
