# Pam Oei

**Pamela Oei** (born 26 January 1972) is a Singaporean theatre actress.[1]

## Background

Oei is part of the cabaret trio [Dim Sum Dollies](/source/Dim_Sum_Dollies).[2] She is also a certified [Allen Carr](/source/Allen_Carr) therapist.[3]

## Film roles

Oei played the part of Peggy in the 1998 comedy romance *[Peggy Su!](/source/Peggy_Su!)* which was about a 19-year-old Chinese woman living in [Liverpool, England](/source/Liverpool,_England) in the early 1960s.[4][5]

## Personal life

Oei is married to the Singaporean writer-director and filmmaker [Ken Kwek](/source/Ken_Kwek), and the couple has one son.[6][7][8]
