Durcan started at [left half-back](/source/Gaelic_football%2C_hurling_and_camogie_positions) in the [2016 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship final](/source/2016_All-Ireland_Senior_Football_Championship_final)[1] and again in the [2017 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship final](/source/2017_All-Ireland_Senior_Football_Championship_final), both against [Dublin](/source/Dublin_county_football_team).
