**Otakar Jandera** (9 January 1898 – 25 March 1977) was a Czech [hurdler](/source/Hurdling).[1] He competed in the [110 metres hurdles](/source/110_metres_hurdles) at the [1924 Summer Olympics](/source/1924_Summer_Olympics) and the [1928 Summer Olympics](/source/1928_Summer_Olympics).[2]
